Our Admission Policy

Eligibility

Applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Specific programmes may have additional academic or portfolio requirements. Mature students without a high school diploma may be considered on a case-by-case basis based on work experience and a personal interview.

Lions Training Institute admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship programs, and other school-administered programs.

Application Review

All applications are reviewed holistically by our admissions committee. We consider academic performance, relevant experience, personal statements, and portfolio quality (where applicable) to assess an applicant's potential for success.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, there is a non-refundable application fee of $50 required to process all applications. This can be paid online at the final step of the application submission.

Typically, you will need to submit: 1) Official academic transcripts, 2) A copy of government-issued photo ID, 3) A 500-word personal statement, and 4) A portfolio for creative programmes. Please check the specific requirements for your chosen programme.

You may apply for up to two programmes. Please submit a separate application for each, but you will only need to pay the application fee once per intake period.

You will be notified of our decision via the email address provided in your application. Decisions are typically sent out within 4-6 weeks of the application deadline.
